I'm rather happy. You see, I'm drawing closer to the end of The Picture of Dorian Gray. I love the book, before I had even finished the preface it was my favourite. Oscar Wilde... he was a literary genius. And more.
All I can hope is that the small stack of Wilde books I have procured is as pleasing. Reading about his time in Portora could be interesting! (if only I'd lived at the time... although it's not like I could have ever met him. >_< Damn you, circumstance!)
I'm hoping that I can do some sort of recommendation with every post, be it music, manga, whatever occurs to me at the time of posting.
Indochine have been on my mind continually for the past year; they're excellent.
They formed in 1981 in Paris and performed their first concert in a café, in September of that year. Indochine's music is rock - alternative and new wave (and in the 80s, it was so very, very, 80s)
Definitely a band worth listening to.
